The early history of the Area, all about the Frasers of Lovat and the cadet branches of Eskadale, Boblainy, Belladrum and Guisachan and the history of the Clan Chisholm (including the family trees ). The social scene, local roads and transport, the church and schools. It does not correspond to any of the Kilmorack books as we have only concentrated on the common working folk, that will come about in volumes 2 & 3. So if you want to know about the clan history of the Fraser of Lovat and The Chisholm buy the book.
